Marshall Logan Gibbs (they/them) is a Baltimore-based playwright whose produced plays include MONSTER (or #METOO, BRUTE), INTERPLANETARY PAUL’S DIVORCE SPECTACULAR, NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, SCAM ARTIST, MY DAUGHTER’S A DEMON, and ABSTRACTED. Public staged readings and development have been held at the Valdez Theatre Conference, Midwest Dramatists Conference, Baltimore Playwrights Festival, Thirsty Thursdays with Theatre, Lumos Players, DMV Playwrights, and Special Interest Theatre.
As an arts educator, Marshall has worked for Everyman Theatre (Education and Engagement Program Manager) and Chesapeake Arts Center (Education Coordinator). They have taught performing arts classes for all ages at Carver Center for the Arts, Jewish Community Center Drama Learning Center, Chesapeake Arts Center, and the Dance Conservatory of Maryland. They are a genderfluid, queer, and neurodivergent artist, and a proud member of the Dramatists Guild.
